Don't forget the 30%

Up to 30% of users on the web have a disability of some sort. This can be sight problems where screen readers are used, or colour blindness which can prevent users from reading your website content, to users that cannot use a mouse and have to navigate using the keyboard only. There are also a great many users whose first language may not be English or have reading problems.
